Beloved delegates,

Welcome to the HR Committee of ROSMUN 2026. My journey with public speaking as well as debate has been ongoing for eight fulfilling years. While it was nowhere near easy to continue pushing my limits time and time again throughout my ups and downs, one saying stuck in my mind in order for it to enable me flourish and become the delegate, debater, and public speaker I am today: “If you are the smartest in the room, then you are in the wrong one”. The bottom line here is, you don’t always have to be the most experienced in the room; thus, you must continue being part of it until you gain the wisdom required for you to move to the next stage. Therefore, take advantage of this opportunity to pour your whole passion into it until the last moment of our committee. Cannot wait to see all of your placards raised in front of me.
